Turbo Jam

I LOVE this program.  This is the program that made me a believer in Beachbody.  I lost 30 lbs and had fun!  The moves are fun and not too complicated.  The music is great.  Chalene Johnson, the trainer, has fabulous energy – you will fall in love with her! 🙂  If you are a beginner or intermediate level fitness I HIGHLY recommend this program!  You won’t be disappointed!  If you are considering it I highly recommend that you get the Maximum Results package – Cardio Party 2, 3 and Fat Blaster are awesome workouts!

Turbo Fire

This is the program I am currently doing.  I adore it!  It’s like Turbo jam on speed!  It’s a great time-saver because there are High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) workouts that are 15,20,25 and 30 minutes long.  The music in this one is fabulous!

 

Chalean Extreme

This is Chalene Johnson again (notice a trend?)  I also enjoyed this program.  It is a really intense strength training program designed to sculpt and strengthen. There are also some really intense cardio workouts in this program!
